Author’s Note
The information in this book reflects the author’s experience and is not intended to replace the advice of your own personal physician. It is not the intent of the author to diagnose or prescribe treatment. The intent is only to help you breathe better through a unique program that you may never have tried before, in conjunction with your own personal physician. Only your personal physician can determine if this program is suitable for you, depending on your personal medical history. You should never attempt to decrease your use of medication that has been prescribed for you without first contacting the physician who prescribed it. In addition to regular checkups and supervision, any questions or symptoms that may arise should be addressed to your own personal physician.
This book is not meant to serve as a replacement for your personal physician. Rather, it should be used as an adjunct to what you have been doing in your quest to breathe easier and suffer from fewer symptoms associated with your allergies or asthma.
In the event you use this information without your doctor’s approval, you are prescribing for yourself, and the publisher and the author assume no responsibility.

Acknowledgments
This book would not have been written had it not been for the inspiration of the following people:
PG, AB, AG, and AG—for believing that this could help countless other people and forcing me to commit this to paper
EM and GJ—for believing in this project and getting it started
HE—for her amazing recipes
DC—for always being there
TM—for being the best editor one could hope for
And to all the amazing patients who put their trust and confidence in me that I will help them get well. They are the best source of inspiration any doctor could ever hope for.
I couldn’t have done this without all of you. Thanks.
