Description

Geared toward teens, this book uses the story of Pig and Tiger to describe the benefits of living a healthy and vegan lifestyle.

Pig and Tiger proudly serve the best Roar Burgers around. Customers line up to eat the delicious hamburgers and sip the milkshakes. One afternoon, Arnold, a new customer arrives. Pig and Tiger are impressed by his toned body and overall healthy appearance.

Arnold tells the two he values his health. He maintains that exercise and a vegan diet help him look and feel good. Arnold convinces Pig and Tiger to try to make some serious lifestyle changes.

Through a humorous story of two meat-eating friends, A Pig and a Tiger Go Vegan extols the benefits of a vegan diet and maintaining a healthy way of life.

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
I want to thank the universe for making no mistakes! So many beautiful beings and situations helped this seed come to fruition. A special thanks to my mother, LaVerne Bowen, for your support and investment in this work by way of Julia Lynn Productions and The Cynthia B Foundation; “EL” for your stern yet healing wisdom, I’m happy you and the Goddess have cool material to read to your young King; and my spiritual brother through many incarnations, Rico Davis, you were the first to encourage me on this path and I am eternally grateful. I am also grateful to Oluwatosin Adesanya and his company, The Head of HR, for their involvement in the development of this fantastic concept.
Pig . Have you noticed anything weird about the clientele lately?
Tiger . Yeah, no one tips the cook anymore.
Pig . True, but that’s not what I mean; take a look around. Everyone looks like a zombie.

Tiger. I see your point!
Pig. What’s up with that? Something in the air?
Tiger. Everyone’s looks, um … how do I say this nicely? Pig boned. No, porky!

Pig. Dumb as a tiger would have been sufficient.
Tiger. I don’t get it!

Mrs. Stripe. Give me a Double Roar burger with an extra-lard fry and a supersized goat milkshake times two, please.
Pig. Sure, Mrs. Stripe, and let me guess—you forgot your wallet again … (mumbles ) or ate it.

Tiger. Hey, easy, Piglet! Uh, Mom, I asked you not to use the privilege of being my mother to cut in line.
Hen. Yeah. ( Passes out in line. )
Mrs. Stripe. Well, I am hungry and haven’t eaten since lunch! That was minutes ago!

Tiger. Is all this food for you?
Mrs. Stripe. Yes! You boys make the best burger in town! It will be my sixth one this week.
Dog. This is my fourth!
Horse. Momma knows best!
Pig. But, Mrs. Stripe, it’s Monday morning. The week just started.
