Fortuna Page is a practicing witch in Massachusetts USA and has dabbled in poetry,the craft, Eastern meditation, song,acting, vegetarian cooking.and world travel. She loves to spend time with her familiars, cats, Gatto and Barnabus and her meditation groups.
A few years back she visited a witchcraft shop in Salem MA .She experienced a vision of sights and sounds of nature there. This particular visit the nature phenomenon did not occur but something else did. Leaving the shop Her companion bought a pen in the next shop and then dropped it. She bent down to help him reassemble it. It was then poetry poured into her head. When she got home to the North end of Boston. She sat at her computer and wrote and wrote. She studied and practiced the craft. This series of small books is and will be the result. We hope you find it inspiring,entertaining and useful.

INTRODUCTION
By practicing Kashmir Shaivism, a form of yoga, I acquired a psychic sensitivity that led me to experience the occasional vision. Several years ago, as I walked into Laurie Cabot’s Wiccan shop in Salem, Massachusetts, I had such a visionary experience. In my mind’s eye, I saw and smelled woods and plants growing, moss, ferns, and waterfalls. My vision was accompanied by the scent of earth and freshly fallen rain. I wondered why this experience did not repeat itself for a third time. I’ve lost it , I thought. To my surprise and wonder, the gift of the pen and poetry was given after I left the shop. Later that day, sitting at my computer, I heard many of these poems. Upon reading or listening to these books, you will encounter inspiring poems that will introduce an idea or concept. Each poem is followed by an activity or ritual that reinforces the idea in the poem and aids in the manifestation of good fortune and intentions. Sometimes a poem contains a ritual for you to extract and perform.
 
  SINCE I WALKED IN SALEM
Since I Walked in S alem
Since I walked in Salem, into Wiccan shops,
For they in witches’ circles are tops.
Lady Poetry extended her hand to hold,
And so I was guided into the fold.
“Stories to be told and books to be sold
Will bring to your coffers silver and gold.”
Foremost, poems teach, and they entertain.
Companions, poets, and readers remain.
 
  BILLION-DOLLAR BLOCKBUSTER
Gambling seems such an empty promise, and the house always wins. Nothing from nothing equals nothing. It’s a fun game, and people like to play games. If you have a compulsion for gambling in general, seek help. Perhaps you have a system, ritual, or intuitive skill you like to use for games of chance.

But it’s so lackluster.
Put it in the duster!
Ardor we cannot muster.
Can you trust her, Lady Chance?
Or is she making you dance
To the playfulness of her tunes?
Can you read folly in the runes?

No winning comes from rolling the dice.
Of course there are the lucky few,
But please believe me; it’s not you !
Regular gambling is quite silly;
Believe the lie! It is quite a dilly!

To help you win a real fast buck.
 
A Lucky Sa chet
Ingredi ents
3 parts patchouli
2 parts nutmeg
1 part cloves
1 part marigolds
1 small lodestone (a natural magnet) or small synthetic magnet
3 drops vetiver oil
1 pinch of ash or wax from a past ritual for prosperity
1 square cloth made of cotton or felt
1 green string or yarn
Direct ions
1. Using a mortar and pestle, grind the patchouli, nutmeg, cloves, and marigolds. Be both attentive and mindful of your intention as you do.
2. Place the ground herbs, oil, ash and wax in the center of the cloth. Bunch up and twist the cloth around the ingredients and tie it tightly with the green string or yarn.
3. Wear the sachet tucked in or pinned to undergarments.
Metaphysical Tips for Attracting Luck
Here are some other metaphysical tips for attracting luck.
• You can play the lottery with focused intention. Make a sachet, larger than the one previously described. Place the sachet on a windowsill, facing east. Then place your lottery or raffle tickets beneath it. Play the lottery on or just before a full moon, or play during specific astrological aspects, such as when the planet Jupiter is placed in a sign of your natal chart. You may also play the lottery when Jupiter is transiting your fifth house. Consult a trusted astrologer for auspicious dates.
• It is a worthwhile investment to gain insight into yourself by having your astrological chart done by a professional astrologer. A good astrologer can advise you about your astrological cycles and personal lucky days.
• Wear a peridot, emerald, amazonite, aventurine, ruby, tigereye, pearl, or jade. Wear gem jewelry that touches the skin.
• Carry stones and crystals in a small, green gauze bag in your pocket or purse.

Aspects of prosperity include being culturally enriched and developing your talents to their full potential. The creative process has its challenges. Occasionally, artists have blocks and have to overcome them.

Or attracting enemies and maybe shame?
Possibly prefer a life more tame
With sycophants, relatives, false friends galore,
Holding their hands out and crying for more?
Your privacy’s invaded, and for what have you traded?
Avoid becoming jaded when fame’s glory has faded.
Vengeful frivolous lawsuits to boot.
Stalkers and paparazzi shadow and shoot.
Time’s consumed; your life’s not the same.
Such is the steep price of a famous name.
Do not buy this, and don’t be waylaid.
Do not, from your path, wander astray.
Hocus pocus, life is a three-ring circus!
Focus on your cherished purpose.
Ritual for Fame
This is a ritual to attract fame to advance your purpose or career. Set up the altar with:
Ingredi ents
4 gold candles that represent the four directions
1 royal blue candle
1 purple candle
1 photo of yourself
1 image that represents the Supreme Being to you
1 small lodestone (a natural magnet) or small synthetic magnet
1 lingam stone or white quartz crystal
1 quick-lighting charcoal tablet
mastic gum resin 1 or sandalwood incense stick
Direct ions
1. Place the photo of yourself in the center of altar and behind that the image of the Supreme Being on your altar.
2. Place the lodestone or synthetic magnet on your photo.
3. Place the lingam stone or white quartz crystal in front of the image of the Supreme Being.
4. Using the charcoal tablet, burn the mastic gum resin. If you are using the sandalwood incense, burn that instead.
5. On the periphery gold candles are placed one to each side and in front and back of the photo. Blue candle immediately to the left and purple candle right of the photo.
