Course Overview
The PMP training program of 11 days was developed by PMGS. The objective is to acquire new concepts, methods and techniques

of knowledge.
PMI®’s Conditions of Illegibility:
Participants must meet the qualification and experience requirements from the PMI® :
Pre-requisite 1 - if the candidate holds a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent, he/she must show proof of at least 4,500
hours (36 months) of project-related experience within the last six years. A candidate without any such corresponding
degree must show proof of 7,500 hours (60 months) of project-related experience within the last eight years.
Pre-requisite 2 - the candidate must prove that he/she has received 35 hours of project management training — which can
be obtained upon completion of this 8 day session (64 hours of training). A training certificate will be issued to the
participant, who can use it should he/she be audited by the PMI®

1) A copy of the PMBOK® Guide – 4th edition is given to participants.

Resource planning, staffing and the management of the project team.
