PMI®’s Conditions of Illegibility: Participants must meet the qualification and experience requirements from the PMI® :  Pre-requisite 1 - if the candidate holds a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent, he/she must show proof of at least 4,500 hours (36 months) of project-related experience within the last six years. A candidate without any such corresponding degree must show proof of 7,500 hours (60 months) of project-related experience within the last eight years.  Pre-requisite 2 - the candidate must prove that he/she has received 35 hours of project management training — which can be obtained upon completion of this 8 day session (64 hours of training). A training certificate will be issued to the participant, who can use it should he/she be audited by the PMI® Notes 1) A copy of the PMBOK® Guide – 4th edition is given to participants. Scope Management  Scope planning, definition, work breakdown structure, audit and scope control. Time Management  The identification of activities, sequencing of activities, appraisal of resources needed for the activities, estimated duration of the activities, set-up and control of the schedule. Cost Management  Cost planning and estimating, budgeting and cost control. Human Resources Management  Resource planning, staffing and the management of the project team. Tests and analysis PART 2 – 3 DAYS Quality Management  Quality planning, quality insurance, and quality control. Communication Management  Communications planning, information distribution, status reports, and stakeholder management. Risk Management  Risk management planning, risk identification, qualitative and quantitative risk analyses, preparation of response plans, risk monitoring and control. Procurement Management  Procurement planning, invitation for bid planning, supplier selection, contract administration and completion.
